Reporting to the Director, Corporate Controller, the Senior Corporate Accountant is responsible for the day-to-day accounting for corporate entities and certain other excluded assets managed by the company, as needed. The Sr. Corporate Accountant will prepare and maintain financial records to track the organizationâs assets, liabilities, profit and loss, and other related financial activities. As a key contributor to the team, the role supports ESRTâs financial reporting and operational excellence and leads key accounting functions, including general ledger management, month-end/quarter-end close activities, account reconciliations, and compliance with GAAP and internal controls. This role ensures accurate and timely financial information, partners closely with cross-functional teams, and contributes to continuous process improvements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive, with the ability to operate independently while supporting ESRTâs high standards of accuracy, accountability, and collaboration.
