About The Position
The AMD Law Department is seeking a highly motivated attorney to support AMD's Central Engineering Organization and Research & Advanced Development Organization. Reporting to the Director of Legal for the Technology & Engineering Organization, this role operates in a fast-paced, challenging, and rewarding environment. The primary responsibilities include handling technology and intellectual property transactions, providing legal counsel to engineering and R&D teams, developing legal guidelines, and collaborating with attorneys and paralegals to support AMD's engineering and research functions.
