About The Position

We are looking for a passionate and strategic UX Writer who will play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience through well-crafted and user-focused content. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a UX Writer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing impactful content design work.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to craft user-centered content.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and their application to content design.
• Experience creating content for web and mobile applications, including user interfaces and microcopy.
• Proficiency in collaborating with design tools and platforms.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with user research methodologies and content usability testing.
• Knowledge of SEO and content optimization principles is a plus.
• Experience with accessibility and inclusive design practices is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with UX designers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and define content requirements.
• Create clear and engaging content that guides users through their journeys, including user interface copy, microcopy, and error messages.
• Develop user personas and scenarios to tailor content to different user segments and use cases.
• Conduct content audits and work with teams to improve the consistency and effectiveness of content across platforms.
• Perform content usability testing and gather feedback to refine and optimize content strategies.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure content and design work harmoniously to create a seamless user experience.
• Stay updated on content design trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Advocate for user-centered content principles and contribute to a culture of content excellence within the organization.
