Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, warehousing, manufacturing, or transportation
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast‑paced environment
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, leadership, and customers
  • Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to respond quickly to changes

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience supporting automotive customers (GM preferred but not required)

Responsibilities

  • Support daily operational activities for GM warehousing, sequencing, or material handling
  • Maintain accurate documentation for shipments, inventory, and process updates
  • Communicate with GM personnel, transportation partners, and internal teams
  • Assist with scheduling inbound and outbound shipments
  • Monitor workflow and help resolve issues that may impact production or delivery
  • Generate and distribute daily/weekly operational reports
  • Track performance metrics and help identify process improvements
  • Support audits, compliance checks, and customer‑required documentation
  • Provide floor support to supervisors and team leads as needed
  • Maintain organized records, logs, and documentation for GM operations
  • Assist with updating SOPs, work instructions, and process forms
