About The Position

As a Senior Coordinator in Customer Care at dsm-firmenich, you will be responsible for managing customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring precision and timely communication. This role involves collaboration with supply chain and internal teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and proactively address challenges, all while building strong customer relationships. Requirements

  • Associate's degree
  • 2 years of practical experience in B2B Customer Care and/or supply chain/logistics activities
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Understanding of SAP Sales & Distribution Module preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of Dietary Supplements, Retail, and/or Pharma applications a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle customer orders from receipt to delivery, including updates and cancellations.
  • Monitor orders, check availability, and address supply chain issues promptly.
  • Communicate order status and supply issues, ensuring alignment with policies.
  • Manage returns, complaints, disputes, and credit adjustments.
  • Provide reports, process documentation, and participate in customer calls.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams for seamless support.
