Nelson Mullins is actively seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Coordinator – Client Relations to join our dynamic Marketing & Business Development team. This role is centered on enhancing client service and supporting strategic business development initiatives across the firm. You will play a critical role in managing client feedback programs, assisting with lateral integration, and delivering internal training—all with the goal of strengthening client relationships and ensuring a consistently exceptional client experience. You’ll manage client feedback programs by coordinating interviews and surveys, summarizing insights, and helping implement improvements that make a real impact. You’ll keep client plans organized, track action items, and prepare materials for key meetings, ensuring teams stay aligned and proactive. You’ll also play a vital role in integrating new lateral attorneys into client teams, facilitating introductions and creating resources that showcase their capabilities. Beyond these responsibilities, you’ll develop and share training materials that empower attorneys and staff with the tools they need to strengthen client relationships and drive business development success.
