About The Position

Summary: The Sr. Cook position is a hands on role that is a very important part of delivering upon our commitment to quality guest experiences.

Requirements

• Four years’ experience in a high‑volume kitchen.
• Skilled with special diets and dietary restrictions.
• Can stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.
• Experienced with diverse cuisines and ingredients.
• Serve Safe Food Certification (or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Ensure full compliance with all federal, state, local, and company health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Communicate and delegate the daily production schedule based on banquet event orders.
• Maintain top-quality food standards and presentation.
• Lead the preparation, production, and delivery of required food items.
• Manage all product receiving and storage and maintain required daily operational records.
• Communicate shortages or overages and adjust production or alternatives as needed.
• Maintain professional conduct on and off duty, aware of guest and staff visibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
