Job Purpose: To accurately and efficiently prepare, portion, cook, and present a variety of hot and/or cold food items for various meal periods: to include Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. Responsible for food preparation and customer service at an a la carte station, this role involves operating kitchen equipment, measuring ingredients, and ensuring high-quality service. Also responsible for preparing daily meals for staff and residents' community wide. Prior experience in healthcare is advantageous due to the diverse dietary requirements of our resident population.
