Stepan Company is hiring a Sr Controls System Engineer for our Millsdale Chemical Manufacturing facility in Elwood, Illinois. This position will involve working in an office environment and manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will have experience designing and troubleshooting DCS / PLC Systems to enhance production efficiency and ensure safety. This candidate will work closely with production and operations to execute capital projects while supporting day-to-day issues in the Control System. The successful candidate will also play an integral role in designing and providing guidance in DCS/PLC migrations as well as developing standards and adhering to Industry best practices.
