About The Position

UL Solutions is looking for a Sr. Paralegal to serve as a Sr. Contracts Manager
& Legal Technologist to support the management and negotiation of commercial
contracts across UL's global service lines. This role combines hands-on
contracts work with a mandate to build, deploy, and optimize AI-powered tools
and workflows that improve the speed and quality of the commercial legal
function. This individual is a key member of the UL Solutions Legal Department’s
Commercial Center of Excellence and will support attorneys on that team. This
role reports to an Associate General Counsel.

The preferred location for this role is Northbrook, Illinois, but UL Solutions
will also consider candidates who are able to work from other UL Solutions
office locations (including Chicago or Austin). We have a hybrid work
arrangement which requires you to be on-site three days a week.
