About The Position
Seeking a Contracts Analyst who has experience with Microsoft, dell, any clinical applications contract review and negotiation. Candidate will have to go into the office On Mondays of every week at this current point. No changes in the near future on work schedule. Requirements
- 5-7+ Years (min) of Contract Analyst Experience
- Contract Negotiation experience with software, hardware (Microsoft, Dell)
- Experience with EMR (Epic) or healthcare experience
- 5–7 years in contract analysis, procurement, sourcing, or vendor management.
- Reviewing business terms
- Identifying risks or operational impacts
- Preparing negotiation summaries
- Managing renewals, pricing, and vendor performance
- Comfortable negotiating technology, supply chain, or operational contracts, focusing on business, financial, and service-level terms.
- Experience collaborating with legal teams, but not responsible for drafting legal language or performing legal review.
- Ability to interpret and analyze contract terms from a business and operational perspective.
- Strong negotiation skills with vendors across technology, supply chain, or clinical operations.
