This role owns and optimizes Workday HCM and Time-related modules (Absence, Time Off, and Time Tracking), partnering with HR and business stakeholders to design, configure, and improve global processes. The position combines hands-on system configuration, process improvement, and operational support in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
