About The Position
Epiq's Spend Management group helps law firms and legal departments better understand their spend and take action on reducing costs and improving services. We use proprietary AI, Business Intelligence, and expert-led data analysis to deliver actionable insights through spend analysis, and help clients execute on those insights with additional consulting and services that support end-to-end spend management. If you enjoy helping clients gain insight into their business using data and enjoy entrepreneurial opportunities, this role may be for you! The consultant is critical to the development, implementation, and ongoing management of spend and outside counsel management engagements for our corporate clients. In this role, you will understand the priorities of clients, manage and execute on the collection, transformation, and analysis of large spend data projects, and develop actionable strategies the client can use to reduce costs and improve efficiencies within their legal department. Successful candidates will have experience in Strategic Sourcing and Spend Analysis, be an expert in telling compelling stories with data, and be able to consult with clients on an ongoing basis to refine and measure the results of their costs savings initiatives. As clients today expect advanced, dynamic reporting solutions, candidates should have substantial business intelligence capabilities and will have built dashboards in leading business intelligence tools from a consultative (non-developer) standpoint. The ideal candidate will be motivated to continuously improve Epiq's spend management solutions, design new solutions and build scalable processes that can be extended to Epiq's significant client footprint.
