Account Management contributes to Cardinal Health Customer Service is responsible for establishing, maintaining and enhancing customer business through contract administration, customer orders, and problem resolution. Account Management is responsible for cultivating and maintaining on-going customer relationships with an assigned set of customers. Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service and recommendations in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, improvements to internal and external processes, and other areas of opportunity. Provides product service information to customers and identifies upselling opportunities to maintain and increase income streams from customer relationships. The Solution Operations team empowers pharmacies through delivering solutions that enable them to act on critical business insights, drive operational efficiencies, and services supporting providers’ efforts to deliver the best possible care they can to the patients in their communities. This position is responsible for proactively leading relationships with critical vendor partners that enable Cardinal Health to deliver industry leading services to our customers. The Senior Manager of Solution Vendor Partnerships will develop and maintain strategic relationships with external suppliers, focusing on contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and ensuring vendor alignment with our customer and organizational objectives.
