Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Engineering.
• 20+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Demonstrated technical expertise in power plant engineering for independent project execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the project focal point and key resource for power plant electrical consulting projects.
• Provide power plant design and capital project support services.
• Conduct plant electrical assessments, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, outage planning, and upgrade projects.
• Interpret project objectives and develop actionable project plans to meet schedule and hour targets.
• Prepare for client meetings and lead discussions effectively.
• Execute field projects, requiring approximately 10-15% travel.
