This role will foster meaningful relationships with the Personal Lines value chain and capability partners to help align programs to key sales priorities. This role will manage multiple high priority sales enablement processes and projects to drive sales effectiveness and efficiency at the seller level. Ideal candidates will have Personal Lines Territory Management and Sales experience, as well as demonstrated success influencing without authority. Strong knowledge of our current sales operating processes, CRM and agency reporting programs, marketing rewards and other vital sales programs is important for success.
