About The Position
As a Sr. Consultant, your mission is three-fold: to wow our clients through fantastic work, to build awesome teams and work culture, and to continue to differentiate our service offering in the marketplace. You demonstrate an insatiable desire to improve healthcare outcomes through strategic input and data analytics. You lead all aspects of project management, including planning, preparation, coordination, and execution of data driven projects that deliver measurable value to the client and result in client satisfaction with the work product and trust in the firm overall. You work with a team to identify and leverage available data to gather insights, provide strategic direction, build innovative and efficient models, and deliver visually informative dashboards that support critical decision making and recommendations. Through your efforts, you further the analytics driven process to solve specific operational and strategic problems, which may include market assessments, growth forecasts, utilization studies, throughput assessments, visualization, and key planning unit (KPU) modeling. You are in the room working side by side with talented strategy, clinical, and operational client leaders from project initiation to final delivery.
