The Sr. Construction Project Manager is responsible for project financials, administration, implementation, management, and customer satisfaction for all assigned projects. They lead the project team through all facets of the project and is the established point of contact for stakeholders. The Sr. Construction Project Manager manages a portfolio of projects that could contain both smaller and larger multi- building or complex construction projects. Sr. Construction Project Manager is knowledgeable on current job market and pricing strategies and has the ability to support sales functions with developing scope. When not directly interacting with customers; collaborate with colleagues in our Denver office Job Summary: Manages all aspects of contracting projects, from beginning to end, with direct responsibility for project execution while leading a team, or teams, to accomplish specific objectives in a given time frame and with available resources. Responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of contracting projects. Accountable for assigned projects' scope of work, schedule, and budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 6-10+ years of professional project management experience
  • Ability to manage a project management budgets
  • Ability to manage a cross-capability team
  • Consistently manage client expectations, schedules, budgets, assets and scopes
  • Organization and attention to detail is essential
  • Must be able to clearly articulate the goals of the client and translate that into the ideas behind our work
  • Strong client management skills are a must
  • Manage and partner with other IR lines of businesses
  • Deep understanding of standard project management
  • Understanding of resource management and planning including use of resource management software
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Office and other relevant project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the implementation of a broad, coordinated set of plans and programs to meet the goals and priorities of a contracting project.
  • Planning project's timeline and schedule
  • Budgeting for the necessary resources and tools needed to achieve the project's goals
  • Oversee all project's work streams
  • Responsible for the administration, implementation, and management of contracting projects.
  • Accountable for assigned projects' scope of work, schedule, and budget.
  • Document progress and milestones and barriers to success
  • Report project's status to stakeholders
  • Cultivating contacts with vendor requirement planners or developers as needed
  • Resolve project issue's as they arise.
