The project management t role is key to delivering a successful project and the success of our construction. A successful project with us is defined by the entire team being happy with the outcome. The team is comprised of internal employees and external, including â the client, architect, engineer, consultants, landlords, municipalityâs, subcontractors, vendors, etc. The following are key job roles and responsibilities for this role.
