Harris is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager/Resident Engineer to join our dynamic Program & Construction Management Division in Salinas, CA. As part of a collaborative team, the ideal candidate will lead and manage the successful delivery of transportation and infrastructure projects and serve as the primary point of contact for the client. This role will partner closely with Harris staff to strengthen client relationships and ensure successful project outcomes. The successful candidate will bring experience managing all aspects of medium to large-scale infrastructure projects, with a strong emphasis on issue resolution during the construction phase. A thorough understanding of CPM scheduling and change management is required.
