This role will support innovation and expansive growth through cross-functional project oversight. The Sr. Construction Manager ensures overall quality of new store construction projects. Monitors finish details, MEP, and shell coordination to ensure work is executed with a high level of craftsmanship, maximizing space for product capacity and providing an excellent experience for end users. Provides mentorship for the construction team and fosters a positive team environment through a culture of accountability and shared fate. The right person for this job is an entrepreneurial self-starter with an owner's perspective. Must have a service mindset and a professional demeanor, with the ability to communicate effectively with business partners at every level. Must be able to work independently in a collaborative, creative, ever-changing and ambiguous environment.
