We are seeking a talented, dedicated individual committed to work under the highest ethics standards for the following position: Sr. Computer System Validation Lead

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in computer system validation, particularly in the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industries.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements such as FDA 21 CFR Part 11.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead computer system validation activities for projects in the Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, and related industries.
• Develop and implement validation strategies, protocols, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify validation requirements and timelines.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior validation team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in computer system validation.
