The Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Computer Scientist to help scale our Experience Engineering initiatives. In this role, you will drive and orchestrate complex solutions bringing together our best in class creative & experience products, enabling millions of users worldwide. With a deep understanding of software development processes and a keen eye for detail, you will ensure flawless execution and deliver high-quality outcomes. This role is ideal for a seasoned engineer with diverse experience and a passion for building scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science or a related technical field, or comparable practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Solid understanding of platform architecture or experience building platform-based solutions.
• Expertise in at least one programming language – Java, C++, React or similar.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

• Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Cloud products or similar MarTech platforms is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy personalized multi-channel journeys and experiences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect and implement solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
• Contribute to platform strategy and evolution, employing your understanding of design principles and industry standards.
• Design, develop, and maintain tools, APIs and services that enable MarTech workflows, including integrations with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) ecosystem.
• Drive best practices in code quality, testing, and deployment, ensuring robust and maintainable solutions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
