About The Position

As a software engineer on the Monetization Growth organization, you will be a critical part of the team building delightful experiences driving customer value and tangible business growth. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about designing, developing, testing and improving software products and experiences to deliver Adobe magic to millions of our customers worldwide. The ideal candidate will have a combination of strong technical skills along with the ability to work with a diverse, distributed multi-functional team.

Requirements

• BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software development or a similar role.
• Strong technical background and analytical abilities, with hands-on experience in developing complex mobile and web applications.
• Expertise in at least one of the following programming languages - Objective-C, Swift, Java, Kotlin, React Native, or React.
• Grasp of software engineering best practices and architectural design patterns.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to clearly articulate and explain complex ideas.

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience publishing one or more apps on Google play or Apple app store preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, ship and own new features, user interfaces and application components for Adobe's mobile apps.
• Enable running in-product experiments and personalized experiences.
• Integrate and optimize commerce workflows within our apps to help grow the business and customer base.
• Work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team, with clear and constructive communication.
• Mentor junior engineers.
• Partner with product management, design, and other developers to understand customer problems and build pragmatic solutions to alleviate them.
