The Senior Compliance and Ethics Manager serves as the Compliance Lead, primarily supporting a leading pharmaceutical client within Deployment Solutions. This role is responsible for implementing and maintaining a comprehensive risk-based monitoring program, with a strong focus on monitoring free-text data sources (e.g., email communications, CRM call notes, and Field Coaching Reports), conducting live field ride-alongs, and identifying emerging compliance risks. As this primary client program grows, this role is expected to expand and may assume direct supervisory responsibility in support of increased monitoring and compliance needs. While primarily supporting a designated program, the Senior Manager will also contribute to the continued advancement of Deployment Solutions’ compliance infrastructure, supporting consistency in documentation, training, monitoring, and governance practices across programs. This includes contributing insights, sharing effective monitoring strategies, and supporting best practice implementation. The role collaborates cross-functionally with client stakeholders, internal operations, and EVERSANA Compliance leadership to promote ethical conduct, embed compliance into daily operations, and reinforce a culture of accountability across the Deployment Solutions business.
