About The Position

As a Sr. Compensation Analyst, you will provide expert compensation guidance and consultation to HR Partners and managers, focusing on job evaluations, salary recommendations, and responding to compensation inquiries. You will be pivotal in implementing and maintaining compensation structures that ensure competitive market positioning to attract and retain top talent. Your role will be critical in the successful execution of annual compensation processes, ensuring compliance with all legal regulations regarding compensation. Your Team: Reporting directly to the Sr. Manager, Compensation and Benefits, you will collaborate closely with a team of dedicated professionals who bring diverse skills and expertise to our collective success. Compensation Strategy & Implementation: Support the design and implementation of base pay structures, incentive programs, and equity plans that align with the organization's compensation philosophy. Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Lead all phases of the benchmarking process, including survey participation, responding troutine survey vendor requests, and analyzing the returned survey data to provide insights intmarket trends and practices. Job Evaluations & Compensation Recommendations: Review job descriptions, recommend appropriate compensation levels and salary ranges, and communicate recommendations in a clear and concise format. Implement compensation levels and salary ranges for all positions. Internal Equity & Market Competitiveness: Develop and maintain compensation guidelines and best practices to ensure internal equity and external market competitiveness. Compensation Program Management: Assist in developing and implementing pay strategies to support business requirements. Provide guidance tHR partners regarding pay decisions and participate in the execution of annual compensation programs. Compliance & Audit: Audit pay practices to ensure compliance with federal and state legislation applicable twage and hour laws and regulations and internal pay policies. Document findings thoroughly and recommend appropriate solutions for compliance. Training & Communication: Develop training materials and communication plans to educate employees and managers about compensation practices and policies. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare reports and presentations on pay competitiveness, trends, and compensation program effectiveness. Continuous Improvement: Perform other related duties as assigned to support the ongoing development and improvement of the compensation function. Complete other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR, specifically in a compensation role.
  • Advanced Excel skills are required; proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is essential.
  • Experience in designing and implementing a compensation structure is also required.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with federal, state, and local laws and regulations affecting compensation.
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and maintain confidentiality.
  • Understands and follows all standards of IATF16949 and VDA 6.3 quality standards. (Training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards)
  • Understands and follows all standards of ISO14001 environmental standards. (Training and awareness will be provided for those who are not familiar with these standards)

Nice To Haves

  • Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is preferred.
  • Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or technology sectors is highly desirable.
