This role blends strong analytical expertise, market intelligence, and strategic storytelling to ensure compensation practices are competitive, equitable, and compliant. You’ll lead market pricing for the Venue Support Center, support compensation governance, conduct pay equity analyses, and manage key annual compensation cycles. This role plays a critical part in balancing market competitiveness, internal equity, and fiscal responsibility while delivering practical, data-driven recommendations to leaders.
