The Sr. Compensation Analyst under limited direction, provides advanced analytical support of US Foods' compensation programs to ensure internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with applicable regulations and policies. Responsible for ongoing, day-to-day Compensation-related work and activities. Completes complex compensation analyses to support compensation programs. Participates in pay surveys and analyzes results. Provides guidance and support to HR. Administers key activities in the annual wage increase process for hourly associates, and the annual compensation planning process for non-exempt and exempt associates. Participates in mergers and acquisitions, reorganization, and/or restructure related compensation activities. Responsible for complex project work and all project work as assigned. This position has been segmented as Hybrid meaning there is a combination of three onsite days per week and the rest remote.
