About The Position

Dupaco is looking for a results-driven Sr. Community Outreach and Education Consultant to lead strategic efforts in expanding our book of business and deepening member engagement across chartered areas. This role is centered on identifying growth opportunities, cultivating new relationships, and driving business development through community outreach and financial education. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of financial industry experience with emphasis on lending, sales, service, or business development.
Must be self-starter with high energy and motivation.
Excellent written, verbal, public speaking, and presentation skills.
Ability to make sound decisions based on understanding of financial industry regulations.
Ability to travel to various sites.

Responsibilities

Assist with credit union growth by increasing membership and member deposits and loans.
Manage on-going relationships with businesses and partnerships through regular communication and on-site visits.
Onboard new members in a quick-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Identify existing member and new member needs with a focus on deepening relationships by looking for ways to increase the average number of products per member.
Proven ability to generate leads with the intent to grow your book of business independently.
Expert in reading credit reports with the ability to identify loan referrals.
Comprehensive understanding of credit union products and services which result in a high volume of qualified sales referrals to subject matter experts.
Independently works to create and deliver presentations with the intent of educating, while promoting Dupaco products and services.
Thorough understanding of technology utilized to enhance business and member relationships including tracking sales calls, visits and presentations with current and prospective contacts.
Actively shares knowledge and market experience with peers and other team members.
Perform other duties as assigned.
