Job Summary This Position Is Responsible For Coordinating Functions For Commissions And Broker Administration Departments, Including But Not Limited To Oversight Of Peer Review, Auditing, Training, And Reporting. The Results From This Quality Function Will Result In Documentation Of Procedures And Training Of Commission And Broker Administration Representatives, Existing And New. Responsible For Creating Complex Reports And Queries. Responsible For Analyzing Reports To Identify Critical Trends And Patterns That Will Impact Business Procedures. Ensuring Timely And Efficient Handling And Monitoring Of Broker Inquiries Responsible For Handling Escalated Cases Of Key Accounts, Including National Accounts.
