This position is responsible for overseeing commercial assets within the Cirrus portfolio. Candidates with demonstrated, consistent experience in commercial property management are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience in commercial property management (Office, Retail, Medical Office, Industrial, Redevelopment) is required for consideration. Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned commercial assets in line with Cirrus Asset Management’s policies, budgets, and business plans. Lead property performance with a focus on revenue growth, cost control, and maximizing asset value and leasability. Partner directly with the COO, Commercial Division, on business plans, annual budgets, and execution of operational strategy. Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords and their representatives, responding with urgency and driving timely resolution of issues. Drive tenant satisfaction and retention by leading proactive service delivery and resolving issues quickly and effectively. Prepare and deliver accurate financial reporting, forecasts, and monthly variance analyses. Oversee vendor performance, contract compliance, and cost control initiatives. Serve as the primary point of contact between tenants and service providers. Manage collections, payables, and financial reporting in accordance with company standards and timelines. Lead risk management efforts, including insurance compliance, incident response, and loss prevention. Support leasing efforts by ensuring spaces are market-ready, providing input on deal terms, and budgeting landlord work. Serve as the main liaison between ownership, tenants, and Cirrus leadership.
