About The Position

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Commercial Lines Account Executive to join a team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a collaborative, family-oriented environment that values teamwork, continuous learning, and professional growth. The successful candidate will manage a middle-market book of business, primarily focused on the automotive industry, and will play a key role in marketing new business, servicing clients, and handling renewals. This position is fully in-office and offers the chance to work closely with a supportive team and leadership.

Requirements

Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
Minimum of 20 years of experience in Commercial Account Management. Candidates with 15+ years of experience may also be considered.
Proficiency in AMS 360 software is required.
Strong teamwork, excellent communication, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
This is a fully in-office position. Candidates must be comfortable working in a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

Manage a middle-market book of business with accounts averaging $150,000 in premium, with some accounts up to $1 million.
Handle various types of accounts, including General Liability, Ocean Marine, Directors & Officers (D&O), Errors & Omissions (E&O), Property, and Auto.
Market new business opportunities and work closely with carriers to secure optimal solutions for clients.
Provide exceptional service to clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
Oversee and manage policy renewals, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Attend industry tradeshows as required to represent the company and build relationships.
