About The Position
The Hanover Insurance Group has been committed to delivering on our promises for over 170 years. Our Claims team is currently seeking a Commercial General Liability Adjuster. This position requires daily telephone contacts with commercial line policyholders, risk managers, and agents. The adjuster will be fully responsible for the analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation, and resolution of complex commercial claims requiring thorough investigations, including telephone contacts with the involved parties. Claim assignments are multi-state and involve commercial customers. The Hanover has adopted a Hybrid work model, and this is a full-time, exempt role requiring 2 days in the office for one of our locations in Worcester, MA; Richmond, VA; Phoenix, AZ; Atlanta, GA; Henderson, NV; Rocky Hill, CT; Windsor, CT; and/or Howell, MI.
