About The Position
The Hanover Insurance Group has been committed to delivering on our promises for more than 170 years. Our Claims team is currently seeking a Commercial General Liability Adjuster. This position requires daily telephone contacts with the commercial line policyholders, risk managers, and agents. Fully responsible for the analysis, investigation, evaluation, negotiation and resolution of complex commercial claims requiring thorough investigations including telephone contacts with the involved parties; technical expertise and complex analysis. Claim assignments are multi-state and involve commercial customers.
