The Senior Commercial Account Executive is responsible for managing the Client Insurance Program, utilizing the agency management system. This role generally manages larger and more complex accounts than the Account Executive. The duties include acting as the main point of contact with the Producer, initiating correspondence with the marketplace, and functioning as the main contact with vendors to ensure proper processing of requests necessary to effectively maintain the client's insurance program. The position requires maintaining positive client relationships, analyzing situations, making proactive decisions, and managing follow-through. The Senior Commercial Account Executive will also manage Accounts Receivables, Direct Billing, and prepare documents for renewal terms, including Insurance Proposals, Acord Insurance Binders, and Certificates of Insurance. Additionally, the role involves performing quality checks on insurance policies, making recommendations for additional products/services, and contributing to a team approach toward meeting goals and providing excellent client service.

  • Manage the Client Insurance Program using the agency management system.

  • Coordinate, present, and attend client meetings.
  • Analyze insurance quotes and make recommendations.
  • Communicate with insurance carriers and clients as needed.
  • Stay up to date on carrier plans and websites.
  • Licensed: Texas P&C Agent.
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of Account Executive experience required.
  • CIC & CRM, or CPCU preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed objectives through effective delegation and account management.
  • Proficient at Word, Excel, and current internet technologies.
  • Ability to learn, analyze, and comprehend commercial lines of insurance.
  • Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with employees at various levels.
  • Willingness to work beyond scheduled hours when necessary.
