About The Position
The Senior CPFR Analyst is responsible for utilizing advanced planning, forecasting, and replenishment techniques to drive sales, maximize in-stock levels, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize inventory for Mars Petcare items at Walmart. This role monitors key metrics, including forecast performance, store in-stock levels, case fill rates, network inventory positions, and order patterns, providing strategic recommendations to enhance replenishment and forecasting strategies. In addition to executing critical business activities-such as new item launches, expanded distribution, promotional events, product transitions, network optimization and value stream leadership projects, and everyday replenishment, this role serves as the senior-most CPFR leader on the Walmart team. The Senior CPFR Analyst plays a leadership role across the broader CPFR team, providing direction on cross-brand and cross-customer initiatives while mentoring team members. This position also has line management responsibilities for one direct report.
