About The Position
As a Senior CMF Designer at Polaris Design, you will contribute to the conceptualization, development, and implementation of CMF for future Polaris Designs, accessories, and related products. You will be part of a team that creates and executes world-class products in terms of innovation, performance, and aesthetics. You will be involved in various aspects of the CMF design process, including trend research, analysis, mood and story creation, material innovation, and execution of final color, materials, and finishes for production. Success in this role requires a demonstrated ability to create compelling and innovative solutions while collaborating with global suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation into production. You hold superior standards for quality and attention to detail, have a strong sense for design excellence, build strong relationships with other team members, and are comfortable operating in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
