About The Position

Join our dynamic Cloud Data Services team as a Cloud Python Engineer. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in Python programming and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to develop, optimize, and standardize complex data services. You will work closely with our platform team to enable cloud infrastructure, identity access management, and security for the organization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python programming for IaC (Infrastructure as Code), with experience using Terraform.
• Strong experience with Azure and AWS cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to develop and optimize Python modules.
• Strong leadership skills to guide and mentor the team.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with data engineering tools like Databricks or Azure Data Factory.
• Experience with big data technologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize complex data services using Python.
• Standardize and improve Python modules and the overall codebase.
• Serve as a technical lead, guiding the team in best practices for IaC with Python and Terraform.
• Collaborate with the platform team to enhance cloud infrastructure, identity access management, and security.
• Communicate effectively and proactively to meet the high standards expected by the organization.
