Hyundai America Technical Center, Inc (HATCI) is seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Engineer in Closures Mechanisms to lead & support the development of advanced closure systems for our next-generation vehicles. The Position: This position plays a critical role in the end-to-end engineering of functional, innovative and aesthetically integrated closures including hoods, tailgates, side doors, sunroof systems, charge port doors, and fuel filler doors, as well as dynamic sealing systems. The ideal candidate combines hands-on product development expertise with strong leadership, mentorship, and cross-functional collaboration skills in the U.S. SUV, pickup truck and off-road vehicle marketplace. In this role, one will leverage their deep mechanical engineering expertise and experience from an automotive OEM or Tier-1 environment. One must be be highly proficient in CATIA V5 and demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills.
