Requirements

• B.S/B.A. degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical/biotech setting or CRO.
• At least 2 years of experience managing early phase clinical trials and CRO oversight.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP/local regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage one or more clinical trials, ensuring execution aligns with the clinical development strategy, budget, and timelines.
• Author and review clinical trial documents, including trial-related plans and SOPs.
• Oversee CRO activities and manage trial-related issues, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
