Provides initial evaluations, crisis intervention and symptom stabilization, emergency evaluations, care coordination, consultation and education to consumers of all ages who present with behavioral health needs. Services will be coordinated with family and other professionals or concerned parties. and may be performed in a clinic location, in identified community sites in the region, and in homes.
