Requirements

• Experience in clinical development and project management.
• Strong skills in dependency mapping, risk management, and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to reimagine and pioneer innovative approaches to product development.
• Creative thinking to accelerate timelines.
• Someone willing to travel to Boulder HQ occasionally for connection and collaborations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the orchestration of program plans, ensuring timelines, dependencies, and deliverables across R&D, clinical, regulatory, manufacturing, and commercial functions stay tightly aligned.
• Establish and run the operating cadence that drives progress, including standups, risk reviews, and executive updates.
• Manage vendor partnerships end to end, from selection and contracting to ongoing governance and performance oversight.
