This role assists in evaluating and enhancing staff performance to ensure the delivery of high-quality resident care in compliance with applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. Provides support by carrying out assigned responsibilities and assisting in achieving department goals. In addition, this role may manage or lead specialty programs such as Infection control, Wound Care, Psychotropics, and Restorative or Fall programs. In accordance with 77 Ill. Adm. Code § 300.1220, the facility designates that the individual serving in the position titled Sr. Clinical Manager shall also serve as the skilled nursing community's Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) for regulatory and licensure purposes. You will: Lead and support nursing staff in delivering compassionate, evidence-based care Oversee key specialty programs such as Infection Control, Wound Care, and Fall Prevention Monitor quality indicators and assist in continuous improvement initiatives Support staff development through coaching, mentoring, and performance evaluation Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic resident care Provide leadership coverage during absences of the Director of Nursing Schedule: This is a full-time, exempt position. Hours may vary depending on the needs of the community and leadership coverage.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, or equivalent experience
  • At least four years of leadership experience in long-term or skilled nursing care
  • Proven success as an Administrator, ADON, or DON
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency with Electronic Health Records and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred, or equivalent experience
