Why join this team? This position is assigned the duties of assisting the Clinical Laboratory Scientist in the pre-analytical and analytical testing of samples. The Sr. Clinical Lab Technical Assistant (CLTA) is required to demonstrate detail oriented behavior that proactively contributes to reaching the goals of cost-effective, high quality patient care services through appropriate utilization of resources. The CLTA is expected to take an active role in contributing ideas to an efficient work flow and process improvement.
Requirements
- 2 years of full time experience in a laboratory setting performing assays similar in scope and complexity to the Clinical Laboratory setting or 2 years of college with a minimum of 16 hours of life science classes required.
