This includes reviewing treatment plans, signing off on documentation as a Qualified Professional, and ensuring that patients receive the necessary care. In addition to clinical oversight, the Sr Clinical Director fosters an environment of open communication and responsibility among the interdisciplinary team, encouraging initiative in resolving patient issues. The role involves determining staffing needs, assisting with hiring, orientations, and training of clinical staff, as well as managing budgets for the clinical programs. The director is also responsible for maintaining high standards of care, conducting individual and group therapy, and ensuring compliance with licensing and accrediting bodies. The position requires the Sr Clinical Director to take a leadership role in identifying quality improvement opportunities and implementing improvement programs. This includes maintaining relationships with referents, conducting quality control calls, and representing Caron Florida at conferences and external speaking engagements. The director must uphold strict patient confidentiality and adhere to all company policies and procedures, completing all required training and documentation in a timely manner. Regular performance evaluations and reviews of patient charts are also essential to ensure compliance with organizational standards.
