Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of account management, client success, or customer service experience, preferably in the travel industry or a related field.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, Google Business Suite, and CRM platforms (Concur Travel & Expense preferred); adept at basic computer operations and virtual collaboration tools.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at tailoring messages to diverse audiences, leading meetings, and fostering collaborative discussions.
  • Empathetic and solution-oriented, balancing client needs with business objectives to drive value and growth.
  • Detail-oriented, resourceful, and proactive in addressing challenges and achieving results.
  • Flexible in handling setbacks, confident in making informed decisions within authority, and adept at delivering tough news while maintaining trust.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain proactive, regular client relationships to ensure satisfaction, retention, and contract renewals.
  • Prepare and present quarterly performance reports, highlighting KPIs, trends, and contract compliance.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to address escalated client issues, implement projects, and drive account expansion.
  • Provide actionable insights to internal stakeholders on account status, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Monitor industry trends and leverage internal expertise to deliver innovative solutions to clients.
