About The Position

About the Job We are seeking a client solutions engineer with strong written and oral communication skills, capable of conveying detailed technical information to individuals with varying levels of experience and expertise. The ideal candidate will possess the ability to confidently present to small groups, corporate management, vendors, and service providers. The client solutions engineer for Client Identity and Access Management (CIAM) is responsible for driving the analysis, planning, and execution of identity and access management solutions to enhance client security and streamline user access. What You'll Do Communicate the product vision and strategy for CIAM solutions, aligning with security and business objectives. Gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements and create a clear product roadmap. Lead projects related to CIAM initiatives, ensuring timely delivery, resource allocation, and adherence to project milestones. Ensure the development team understands the goals and expectations. Make strategic decisions on feature development and enhancements, balancing technical constraints and business needs. Analyze existing identity and access management systems, identify gaps, and design comprehensive solutions to meet organizational needs. Work closely with IT, security, compliance, and business teams to ensure alignment of CIAM solutions with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Evaluate and optimize CIAM processes, identifying areas for improvement to enhance efficiency and security. Oversee the integration of CIAM solutions with other systems, ensuring seamless operation and data integrity. Ensure CIAM practices comply with relevant regulations and standards, mitigating risks associated with identity and access management. Generate reports and conduct analyses on CIAM metrics to inform decision-making and continuous improvement efforts. What You'll Bring to the Role Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, Computer Science, Information systems or equivalent work experience in the IT field, with at least a portion of that time in Security related position 4-5 years of professional experience required Certification in security space desired (CISSP, CCSP, etc). Requirements
