Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in a financial services environment, or relevant internships.
  • Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role is a plus.
  • Pursuit of relevant FINRA licenses (e.g., Series 7, Series 66).
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable interacting with clients, senior advisors, and internal teams.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the financial services industry; takes direction well and applies feedback constructively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint); experience with CRM systems or financial platforms a plus.
  • Maintains professionalism, confidentiality, and reliability in all work.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist brokers in managing client accounts, including processing orders, responding to client inquiries, and providing general account support.
  • Handle administrative duties such as scheduling meetings, maintaining client records, preparing reports, and processing documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of client paperwork and coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth client onboarding and follow-up.
  • Support brokers in executing trades and monitoring trade confirmations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Hone your ability to effectively communicate and build relationships by calling on warm leads provided by other brokers.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to industry regulations and company policies, assisting with compliance-related tasks.
  • Participate in training programs and educational opportunities to enhance industry knowledge and stay up-to-date with market developments.
