As a Senior Client Manager, you’ll lead the charge in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and growth. This role is all about building relationships, solving problems, and driving success. Be the trusted advisor for your clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Lead the renewal process, working closely with the Production team to deliver tailored solutions. Identify opportunities to expand services and coverage, helping clients navigate their risks effectively. By cultivating strong relationships with clients and colleagues, you’ll foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years client service and/or claims management experience -OR- High School degree/GED with 10+ years client service and/or claims management experience.
  • 1+ years supervisory experience.
  • Appropriate licensing as required.
  • Proficient in using technology as a tool to maximize productivity and quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfortably engages others in consultative discussion.
  • Effectively manages/balances multiple and sometimes competing priorities.
  • Works in a self-directed manner.
  • A talent for building and maintaining strong relationships.
  • The ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
  • A proactive approach to identifying opportunities and solving problems.
  • A commitment to teamwork and shared success.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous insurance knowledge and experience managing client relationships.
  • Solid financial acumen.
  • Experience managing client accounts and delivering exceptional service.
