About The Position

This Position is with vAuto, a business unit of Cox Automotive. The Sr Client Implementation Specialist – Syndication is responsible for understanding and integration of data for the syndication process. The Sr Client Implementation Specialist will follow the process for client syndication setup while also ensuring a focus on the customer experience. The individual interested in this role must be assertive, confident, professional via phone and email communication, a critical thinker that is looking out for the best interest of the client, able to work as an individual and as part of a team and strive to exceed our customers’ expectations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field or a different combination, such as any level degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline and 3 years’ experience; or 7 years’ experience in a related field.
  • 1+ years working in a technical role in Cox Automotive.
  • 3+ years of experience in any of the following areas: Customer Service, Operations, Integration, Implementation, Account Management or Project Management.
  • Experience with Syndication, IOL (HomeNet) and/or vAuto required.
  • SQL experience required.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, results driven environment
  • Demonstrated experience of critical thinking and customer focus beyond the defined process.
  • Must have excellent communication & interpersonal skills and can communicate at all levels.
  • Must have excellent telephone manner & verbal presentation skills.
  • Must have advanced/excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Must have experience of working with technical/software systems.
  • Proficient in Office Products including Excel, Outlook & Word.
  • Applicants must currently be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship. No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future.
  • To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test.

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with customers during integration and on-boarding activities.
  • Provide excellent customer service and promptly respond to inquiries from employees, management, and clients, including but not limited to actively reaching out daily to all active integrations.
  • Provide customer integration support as and when required.
  • Minimize customer effort during syndication integration process.
  • Manage and follow through all open activities, review, interpret and report on activities and status.
  • Provide timely and regular communication with customers to ensure all steps are completed during syndication integration.
  • Follow and execute tasks in accordance with operational processes and guidelines.
  • Monitor and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly goals related to number of customers onboarded and time to completion.
  • Become an expert of data flow within the vAuto tool.
  • Work closely with team members to problem solve and puts success of team above own interests.

  • Exhibits objectivity and openness to other views.
  • Collaborate with vAuto, Cox Automotive and outside vendors operational departments as and when required.
  • Effectively communicates both verbally and written, formally and informally.
  • Keeps stakeholders properly informed and engaged depending on the stakeholder assessment.
  • Respond with a sense of urgency; escalating as needed through the proper channels.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical persons.
  • Follows policies and procedures; completes administrative tasks correctly and on time; supports organization's goals and objectives.
  • Pays close attention to detail and possesses strong organizational skills.
  • Accurately input details of customer data into vAuto’s CRM tool as well as the vAuto application tool.
  • Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; gathers and analyzes information skillfully.
  • Considers and/or seeks out potentials risks during integration and actively works with client to troubleshoot
  • Follows implementation process for client syndication integration of data from DMS, and all 3rd Party Exports; works closely with integrated vendors/partners on data feeds; accurately inputs details of customer data into vAuto’s CRM tool as well as the vAuto application tool.
  • Utilize Salesforce, Outlook, SQL, HomeNet Resellers Portal, vAuto, and 3rd party order systems as needed to complete integrations.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks while producing quality results.
  • Ability to balance competing demands.
